Position Overview:

Location: All positions are remote and provide the flexibility that comes with working from home. NOTE: This is a full-time remote position, however applicants must reside in the one of the following states: FL, MA, MO, NV, ID, OR, UT, CO, NC, SC, WI, AR, TN, WA
What You Will Do:
- Advise clients on business financing solutions: Work closely with small business owners to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on securing business credit and funding options, using our AI tools to help you.
- Build lasting relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients and help them navigate the complexities of business financing.
- Offer personalized financing strategies: Use our AI to present a personalized Funding Blueprint to clients with a gameplan of how they can fund their business, providing tailored advice that aligns with the goals and needs of each client. Have a working knowledge of the qualifications needed for each lender and for each program available, leveraging your financial expertise to provide tailored advice that aligns with the goals and needs of each client.
- Manage the client journey: From initial consultation to securing funding, you'll support clients every step of the way, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation: Starting hourly range is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses. Estimated TCC (Total Cash Compensation) for this role is $50k - $65k.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: Proven success in sales, business financing, or financial advisory roles.
- Strong communication skills: The ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Client-focused mindset: A passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
- Goal-oriented: Driven to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Problem-solving abilities: Creative and analytical thinking to find the best financing solutions for each client.
- Attributes: Integrity, honesty, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Technologically savvy and comfortable working with various software programs Hubspot CRM exprerience a plus.
