• Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year + Quarterly Bonuses

We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive high-value partnerships with influencers, content creators, and affiliates.

This is not your traditional sales or account management role—it’s all about creative outreach, partnerships, and high-impact strategy. This role is ideal for someone who’s led affiliate/influencer strategies—not just traditional sales or account management.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, recruit, and activate influencers, affiliates, and partners aligned with small business, credit, or finance audiences.
• Leverage existing relationships to deliver fast wins—and build new partnerships through targeted, strategic outreach.
• Own the full lifecycle: outreach → relationship-building → onboarding → performance tracking.
• Lead or join podcast conversations, virtual events, and co-branded campaigns that deepen engagement.
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, sales, partnerships) to align messaging and optimize promotion.
• Launch innovative affiliate campaigns that drive qualified leads and high conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of business development experience in affiliate/influencer partnerships (not general sales or account management).
• Established network in the business credit, fintech, entrepreneurial, or small business creator space.
• Strong strategic mindset—you’re not waiting for scripts, you’re building the playbook.
• Excellent communication skills—you’re confident on podcasts, Zooms, and DMs alike.
• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline, hit goals, and operate independently.
• Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms.
• Bonus: Experience working with SaaS, online services, or digital products for entrepreneurs.
