Position Overview: 

We are currently seeking a highly capable, full time Finance Specialist, to optimize our financial operations in line with our business objectives. As a Finance Specialist, you’ll be a trusted guide for small business owners, helping them navigate funding options and find solutions that fuel their success. You’ll work closely with clients, lenders, and our internal team to match customers with the right funding opportunities—making a real impact every single day.

We’re looking for candidates with a background in Financial services and strong customer service skills, who are passionate about helping others and ready to take ownership of client success. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you. 

Location: All positions are remote and provide the flexibility that comes with working from home. NOTE: This is a full-time remote position, however applicants must reside in the one of the following states: FL, MA, MO, NV, ID, OR, UT, CO, NC, SC, WI, AR, TN, WA

What This role will do:

• Discuss & review lending requirements  with the client and what options are available to them.
• Find the best lender for the client's needs and develop a game plan that will best help the client to achieve their goals moving forward.
• Have a working knowledge of the qualifications needed for each lender and for each program available.  
• Work collaboratively with Finance Officers, lenders, partners and clients to resolve questions and move files forward 
• Following up on clients that are interested but requested to revisit/discuss possible options in the future.  
• Accurately notate communications on client file in Hubspot, including:
  • Managing data for new and existing clients within database ensuring that all communication with clients are accurately entered
• Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails and chat according to protocols and notate accordingly in the client file.

• Support various business and/or department level projects

Who We Are Looking For: 

• Qualifications: Experience in financial services required, personal/commercial lending experience a plus!
• Client-focused mindset: A passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service. 
• Strong Communication Skills: You’re a great communicator, a critical thinker, and always down to learn something new.
• Confidence in working independently but also a team player.
• Comfortable using tech platforms (we love Hubspot, and you should too!).
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
