Location: 100% Remote (Preference for candidates based in the Philippines)
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift | US Eastern Time (9 AM – 7 PM ET)

Your Role: Advising Assistant

Are you fluent in English and Spanish with a passion for helping others succeed? We're looking for Advising Assistants to support our small business clients on their journey to obtain money and credit to start, build, and grow successful businesses.

This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role—perfect for motivated, service-oriented professionals who want to grow their careers in a supportive, remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle 20+ inbound and outbound calls per hour with professionalism and empathy
  • Guide clients through our business credit-building program
  • Use platforms like HubSpot and GHL to manage communication and tasks 
  • Support clients via email and follow-up as needed
  • Collaborate with our remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent
  • ​​​​​​​Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) Native speaker or multilingual required
  • Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
  • Customer-first mindset — you genuinely care about helping others
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using multiple tools and systems
  • Detail-oriented & organized — can multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Willing to learn & grow — this is a long-term opportunity

Requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
  • Must be able to work full-time on US Eastern Time hours
  • ​​​​​​​Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus

Details: 

  • 100% remote work with preference given to candidates based in the Philippines— work comfortably from your home
  • This is a full-time Contract position
  • This will require an 8 hour shift, work hours could be between 9 am - 7pm ET:
  • Starting hourly rate is $6.00 USD per hour
